Advantages of knitted fabrics

Knitted fabrics are significantly better than woven products due to their comfort and skin-friendliness. However, due to limited production equipment performance and inherent consumption habits, most domestic bedding fabrics are made of cotton woven fabrics. The appearance of extra-wide knitted bedding fabrics has solved the problem of poor skin-friendliness of woven fabrics, and has truly opened a new era of naked sleep.

     Introduction of timber characteristics:

     1. The long-thread cotton (C) is of high quality, soft and long fibers, breathable and mercerized, stronger than ordinary cotton, and is very comfortable. It is produced in Xinjiang and other high-quality cotton production bases with sufficient sunshine.

     2. Bamboo fiber (B) Fiber extracted from naturally grown bamboo has good breathability, strong instant water absorption, wear resistance, natural antibacterial, bacteriostatic, mite removal, and deodorant functions.

     3. Bamboo-cotton blend (BC) combines the advantages of bamboo fiber and cotton fiber, and has excellent performance in comfort, strength, antibacterial and wear resistance.

     4. Viscose fiber (R) Fiber extracted from wood has the characteristics of strong moisture absorption, softness, smoothness, breathability, antistatic, gorgeous color and so on.

     5. Nylon fiber (N) is commonly known as nylon. It is highly hygroscopic, wear-resistant and breathable. It has good resilience and strength. It is mostly used for making lingerie, swimwear and sportswear.

     6. Modal (M) is extracted from wood and aloe fiber, with high strength, environmental protection and health, moisture absorption and breathability, softness and smoothness, and bright color.

     7. The natural fiber extracted from wood pulp by rayon (R) is spun with the filament process. It is hygroscopic, breathable, wear-resistant, strong enough, soft and comfortable, and has a beautiful color.

     8. Modal cotton fiber (MC) is mixed-spun with modal fiber and long-staple cotton fiber. Combining the advantages of both, it is hygroscopic and breathable, with moderate strength, soft and smooth.
